What you'll do:

• Create and lead engaging programs for children and teens
• Build relationships through outreach to schools, daycares, and community partners
• Help young patrons and families find books, resources, and technology
• Support daily library services, including circulation and account assistance
• Contribute to displays, collections, and a welcoming, inclusive space

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree + 2 years of library experience (or equivalent)
• Indiana Public Librarian Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Experience or passion for working with children and teens
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A commitment to serving diverse communities
