General Description
The Circulation Attendant performs a variety of patron contact duties, including greeting visitors; assisting patrons in finding materials; helping patrons with computers, copiers, and printers; assisting patrons with cell phones, laptops, and tablets; shelving materials in the appropriate location; performing all circulation duties; shelving library materials; maintaining displays. The Circulation Attendant is usually the first point of contact for patrons and must exhibit excellent customer service while performing all work duties. The work schedule includes evenings and Saturday hours.
