HPP CARES CDE is a California-based program committed to creating opportunities for low- and moderate-income households, particularly within historically underserved Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities. Our work spans affordable housing, small business technical assistance, financial literacy, and economic development, all with the goal of building strong, sustainable communities. We believe in meeting people where they are and helping them move forward.
As an Archivist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and organizing critical records and documents that are essential to the success of our programs. Your role will ensure that our history and impact are well-documented and accessible for future growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital archives.
- Cataloging and indexing documents for easy retrieval.
- Ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Assisting in developing systems to improve record-keeping efficiency.
- Collaborating with team members to provide access to necessary materials.
