About the Role
The Library Casual Staff and Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of Library Client Services across the University. Working closely with the Team Leader, Library Client Services, you will coordinate multi-channel service rosters, oversee the recruitment and management of casual library staff, and develop engaging training programs that support high-quality service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the student and client experience by enabling efficient, responsive and innovative library services.

The team is responsible for delivering high-impact services that support students, researchers and staff across multiple campuses and service channels. Working closely with Library staff and stakeholders, the team focuses on providing exceptional client experiences and ensuring library services remain responsive, innovative and accessible.
