Provides support and assistance to management per the directives of the Archives Manager
Responsible for assisting in the organization and documentation of the Archives
Ensures growth of Archives products by ordering and documenting new items
Provides support for sales and marketing campaigns per the directives of the Archives Manager
Protects the company and owners by performing research and assisting the legal team to provide proof on historical products, claims/statements, physical assets, and advertising.
Supports digital initiatives by preparing, uploading, and updating images/information uploaded to the ARC
Provides support for Zippo/Case Museum exhibits and renovation
Adapts to rising needs, under the direction of the Archives Manager
Duties include research requests, cataloguing objects, organizing physical assets, electronic database data entry, digitizing paper assets, photographing assets, filing, and providing materials for promotions, special collectibles, and packaging
Pack items into boxes.
Load various sized cardboard boxes onto pallets.
Unload boxes onto shelves and organize into the correct configuration, based on verbal instructions and a reference map.
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma (at minimum)
Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
