The pay for this position starts at $20.00/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $23.30/hour.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

The available schedule for this position is Part Time 20 hours- Monday- Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm 

 

 

 

Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.

As an Adminstrative Specialist / Records Archivist, you will:

  • Perform high-speed and high-volume document handling, scanning, and image enhancement to convert printed documents to digital formats
  • Plan and oversee the arrangement, cataloging, and preservation of critical records and documents.
  • Ensure quality archiving; that documents are readable, accurate, and complete.

Being an Administrative Specialist / Records Archivist at Devereux has its advantages!

  •  You will Perform file breakdowns slowly and methodically to ensure accuracy and completeness of all archived files
  • Perform document prep, such as cuting document bindings, photocopying fragile papers, and unpacking/repacking boxes of documents
  • Effectively operate a high-speed desktop scannercorresponding software, and related copiers to capture faithful digital image
  • Perform file transfers of scanned files to a central server

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years relevant experience in administration, records, clerical role required

Schedule:

  • 2 week New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
  • Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm

 

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
